“副将军（Fukushogun）”是源于被亲切称为水户黄门的德川光圀公而得名的，明利酒类的代表品牌。
使用明利酒类发祥的“小川酵母”和严选的酿酒米，以南部杜氏的技艺酿造。
以华丽的香气和淡丽的口感为特征，是在鉴评会上也获得过众多金奖的实力派日本酒。
