Shima no Kaori

Kusanagi

Benikanman
"Benikanman" is a new sensation Junmai sake developed with the concept of "sake that snuggles up to Momiji Manju". The alcohol content is suppressed to 8%, and it is finished in an extremely sweet taste with a "Sake Meter Value of -60", which far exceeds regular sake (-30 to -50 which is already sweet, normally -10 is sweet so -60 is very sweet). Note: Actually standard dry is +5, sweet is -5. -60 is extremely sweet. Kamoki
A brand that played a part in the history of the brewing district of Saijo, Higashihiroshima City. Although no longer produced, it was known for unique sake brewing using red rice and was loved by many fans.
Chiyonoharu
A brand named after Matsuo Basho's haiku "Tenbin ya / Kyo Edo kakete / Chiyo no haru". Using medium-hard water pumped from 40m underground, it was highly acclaimed, winning a Gold Prize at the National New Sake Appraising and Conducting Awards in 2003.
