You can see Mt. Misen from the brewery, and it is made with the aim of being a sake worthy of its majestic appearance.
Using sake rice from Hiroshima Prefecture and Hiroshima Momiji Yeast, it is characterized by a gorgeous and fruity aroma like melon and apple, a firm umami of rice, and a sharp aftertaste unique to Junmai sake.
