Moriizumi
Moriizumi is the flagship brand of Moritami Shuzo Store, named by combining the family name "Mori" (forest) and the clear "Izumi" (spring) found in the nearby Mt. Mayama. Characterized by "Nojun Amakuchi" (rich and sweet), which is rare in Miyagi Prefecture, it brings out the umami and melting sweetness of rice by brewing with ultra-soft water with a hardness of 2 to 3. There is also a rich lineup of long-term aged sake (old sake), and the mellow and deep taste fascinates many fans.
Emotion 2011
This "Emotion" sake was central to Fukurokuju Shuzo as part of the first NEXT FIVE series, expressing passion through collaboration. Yukino Bijin
