Ginrin
Naba Shoten's flagship brand, named after the silver scales (Ginrin) of fish in the sea of Tsuchizaki port, reflecting its coastal soul. Brewed with mineral-rich groundwater of Tsuchizaki and slow-fermented at low temperatures, it achieves a fine-grained, transparent quality.
