Atago no Matsu is a traditional brand of Niizawa Sake Brewery that has been loved locally since its founding. It is said that Bansui Doi, the lyricist of "Kojo no Tsuki," also loved drinking it. Currently, like "Hakurakusei," it is based on the concept of ultimate food sake, but it is designed to have a wider range of flavors, making it a versatile food sake that can be enjoyed in a wide range of temperatures from cold sake to warmed sake.
Zankyo
Zankyo is an ultra-high polished brand brewed by Niizawa Sake Brewery gathering the best of their technology. It debuted as a Junmai Daiginjo where rice was polished to the limit of 7% rice polishing ratio, and it features a delicate and transparent taste and a lingering finish that disappears beautifully as the name suggests. It is also known that artist Masaharu Fukuyama loves drinking it.

Hakurakusei
Hakurakusei is the flagship brand of Niizawa Sake Brewery, created in 2001 with the concept of "Ultimate Food Sake." Because it enhances the taste of the ingredients of the dish and refreshes the mouth, it features a pleasant drinking mouthfeel that makes you drink cup after cup before you know it. Moriizumi
Moriizumi is the flagship brand of Moritami Shuzo Store, named by combining the family name "Mori" (forest) and the clear "Izumi" (spring) found in the nearby Mt. Mayama. Characterized by "Nojun Amakuchi" (rich and sweet), which is rare in Miyagi Prefecture, it brings out the umami and melting sweetness of rice by brewing with ultra-soft water with a hardness of 2 to 3. There is also a rich lineup of long-term aged sake (old sake), and the mellow and deep taste fascinates many fans.
