Zankyo

Zankyo is an ultra-high polished brand brewed by Niizawa Sake Brewery gathering the best of their technology.
It debuted as a Junmai Daiginjo where rice was polished to the limit of 7% rice polishing ratio, and it features a delicate and transparent taste and a lingering finish that disappears beautifully as the name suggests. It is also known that artist Masaharu Fukuyama loves drinking it.
