Tachibanaya
Tachibanaya is a brand of Kawakei Shoten that began production in 1997 (Heisei 9), bearing the brewery's trade name "Tachibanaya." Brewed in careful small batches, it features a taste that brings out the umami of rice.
Sawanoizumi
Sawanoizumi is the flagship brand of Ishikoshi Jozo, named by combining "Sawa" from Nakazawa where the brewery is located and "Izumi" from the spring water on the premises. As the only sake brewery in Tome City, it receives overwhelming support locally and is enjoyed in many restaurants in the city. Using sake brewing suitable rice grown in cooperation with local contract farmers, they brew sake utilizing the regional climate.
Arikabe no Kakushizake
Arikabe no Kakushizake is a brand that evokes the history of the old Arikabe-juku, the local area of Hagino Shuzo. It evokes the image of a story of sake secretly enjoyed in Arikabe, which prospered as a post town.
Hiwata
Hiwata is a particular brand of Hagino Shuzo brewed entirely with Yamahai method. "Hiwata" means "Sun" and "Rice Field," expressing the blessings of nature. While utilizing the complexity and acidity unique to Yamahai brewing, it is finished with a modern and clean taste, and its depth that can be enjoyed both as warmed sake and cold sake is attractive.
Megane Senyo
Megane Senyo (For Glasses Only) is a unique brand brewed by Hagino Shuzo. Associated with October 1st, which is "Sake Day," it became a hot topic as sake brewed by brewers who all wear glasses. Although the naming and label design are playful, the contents are high-quality sake made seriously, with a fresh taste characterized by acidity.
Haginotsuru
Haginotsuru is the flagship brand of Hagino Shuzo, aiming for "everyday wear sake" with a gentle aroma and clean taste. Brewed by a traditional brewery founded in 1840 (Tenpo 11), it features an elegant taste that you won't get tired of drinking, and is loved as a sake served with meals that snuggles up to the daily dining table.
Kameoka
Kameoka is a brand of Hagino Shuzo limited to authorized dealers. It uses entirely self-cultivated "Miyama Nishiki" and is a rare sake brewed carefully by hand.
Okutsuru
Okutsuru is a traditional brand that Chida Shuzo has been using since its founding in 1920 (Taisho 9). As a sake brewed in the deep land of Kurihara, it features a name rooted in the region.
Kurikomayama
Kurikomayama is the flagship brand of Chida Shuzo, named with gratitude for "water," which is the essence of local sake. Using the very soft and clear spring water of Mt. Kurikoma, it features a fresh, refreshing, and sharp taste. Brewed under precise data management, it has a reputation for quality stability and is highly rated as a sake served with meals that can be drunk continuously with food.

Tamanoo

Inheriting the tradition of a long-established store with a history of over 220 years founded in 1790 (Kansei 2), it is a brand that makes you feel the history and culture of the region.

Miyakanbai
Miyakanbai is the flagship brand of Kambai Shuzo, based on the concept of "Sake that calls spring to the heart." It is packed with the commitment as a "Cultivation Brewery" that uses entirely Miyagi prefecture grown rice, of which about 20% is cultivated in-house. Featuring a gentle and beautiful taste like spring cheerfulness where gorgeous aroma and umami of rice harmonize, it has received high praise in domestic and international contests and as sake served on international flights.
