愛宕の松は明治6年（1873）創業当初から地元で親しまれてきた新澤醸造店の伝統的な銘柄です。『荒城の月』の詩人・土井晩翠が愛飲したとされています。
「究極の食中酒」というコンセプトで、料理に優しく寄り添う酒質が特徴です。派手さはないものの、飲み飽きない心地よさがあり、食事とともに自然と杯が進みます。
