Kawaguchi Natto is a unique brand brewed by Kanenoi Shuzo, using sake rice grown by the local natto manufacturer "Kawaguchi Natto." The label adopts the natto package design, and it is popular as a unique collaboration product.

Mizutoriki
Mizutoriki is the flagship brand of Kakuboshi, currently accounting for about 70% of the shipment volume. The brand name was named with the brewer's intention to "record" (Ki) the story of sake, representing the left side "Sanzui" of the kanji character "Sake" as "Mizu" (Water) and the right side "Tori" as "Tori" (Bird). With the concept of "Sake that doesn't interfere with meals and is delicious to the last drop," it is brewed as a sake accompanying meals that snuggles up to the rich seafood of Kesennuma. As a symbol of sake brewing opening up a new era for the brewery that has recovered from the Great East Japan Earthquake, it has received high praise, such as winning the Gold Prize at the National New Sake Appraisal.

Kinmon Ryogoku is a traditional brand brewed by Kakuboshi, a standard sake that has been loved for a long time in the local area of Kesennuma.

Ogon Kaido is one of the brands brewed by Otokoyama Honten, expressing the rich blessings of the sea of Miyagi.
Zao
Zao is the flagship brand of Zao Shuzo, a sake brewed with the blessings of spring water from the Zao mountain range. As the only brewery in Shiroishi City, they pump up soft groundwater from the Zao mountain range from 50 meters underground within the brewery premises, and use sake rice such as "Miyama Nishiki" and "Kura no Hana" grown by contract farmers in Shiroishi City and Kakuda City. It has received high praise, such as winning the Gold Prize at the National New Sake Appraisal, and young brewers averaging around 30 years old, led by the Toji and Vice Toji, are challenging sake brewing for a new era while protecting traditions. It is a brand representing Shiroishi that fully expresses the natural blessings of the Zao mountain range.
Fuji Masamune
Fuji Masamune is a traditional brand that Onuma Shuzo Store has been using since its founding in 1712 (Shotoku 2). It is a historic name before Kenkonichi was born in 1870 (Meiji 3).

Natorikoma
Natorikoma is the flagship brand of Aiden Shoten, derived from the history that this area was once a famous production area for war horses. The brand name embodies the history of Iwanuma, which produced war horses purveyed to samurai families in the Sengoku period and where a horse market was held at Takekuma Shrine. Brewed by a long-established brewery with a history of about 200 years founded in 1821 (Bunsei 4), it is a brand that makes you feel the history and tradition of the region.
Koganesawa
Koganesawa is the flagship brand of Kawakei Shoten, named after the stream where gold flowed near Wakuya Town, the oldest gold production site in Japan, which was also mentioned in the Man'yoshu. They specialize in Yamahai brewing, and their technique of finishing Yamahai sake, which is generally considered to be heavy and complex, into a surprisingly light and clean taste shines. As a member of the DATE SEVEN project, they are leading sake brewing in Miyagi along with talented breweries in Miyagi Prefecture.
