The Itoshima region has long been known as a major production area of Yamada Nishiki, and the brewery literally stands in the middle of rice fields. "Rokujugo" (65) represents the polishing ratio of 65%, and all "Tanaka Rokujugo" are unified with 100% Itoshima Yamada Nishiki and 65% polishing ratio.
