"Tanaka" in the brand name is the surname of the brewery owner and also means "in the middle of rice fields." The Itoshima region has long been known as a major production area of Yamada Nishiki, and the brewery literally stands in the middle of rice fields. "Rokujugo" (65) represents the polishing ratio of 65%, and all "Tanaka Rokujugo" are unified with 100% Itoshima Yamada Nishiki and 65% polishing ratio.
Gently pressed by Hanegi Shibori, it features a fresh flavor, a clean and round mouthfeel, and a smooth drinking sensation with refreshing acidity. It is a brand representing Shiraito Shuzo, harmonizing the three elements of Itoshima's climate, traditional methods, and the finest sake rice.
