Characterized by a gentle throat feel and a sweet, fruity aroma, it is easy to drink despite being undiluted sake (Genshu) with a relatively high alcohol content. Using "Yumeikkon" grown under contract locally, it is a Daiginjo sake expressing the climate of Kyushu.
