Founded in 1923 in Yonezawa, Kosaka Shuzo is a small-scale yet dedicated brewery that focuses on meticulous "hand-crafting" and traditional "Kanzukuri" (winter brewing).
The severe cold and heavy snowfall of Yonezawa create a pristine environment ideal for slow, careful fermentation while naturally suppressing bacteria.
