Yoshinosugi no Taruzake
"Yoshinosugi no Taruzake" is the founding brand of Choryo Sake Brewery and is a historic brand released in 1964 as Japan's first bottled taru-sake. It is aged in barrels made of Yoshino cedar from Nara Prefecture over 80 years old, which is considered the best for sake barrels, and the refreshing scent of cedar and the unique richness and umami are exquisitely harmonized.
