Rihei

"Rihei" is a Junmai Ginjo Genshu that bears the name of the particular founder, Rihei Kita, and conveys his original intention and passion to the present day.
Using 100% Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture and completely fermenting it with the power of yeast, they realized an alcohol content of 20%, which is exceptional for sake. As indicated by the high alcohol content and acidity of 3.0, it is characterized by a profound and deep taste and high-quality acidity. While having a powerful impact like distilled liquor, the rich flavor resonates beautifully.
It is a challenging bottle that embodies the uncompromising spirit of the founder and expands the possibilities of sake.
