Enku
円空"Enku" is a brand named after Enku Shonin, a monk of the Edo period who carved as many as 120,000 Buddhist statues in his lifetime and left many footprints in the Mino region. Pursuing a deep and profound taste to express the simple and powerful spirituality of Enku Buddhas. It is a highly spiritual sake that respects local history and culture and speaks quietly to the drinker's heart.
Gujo Odori Odori Menjo
郡上踊 踊り免状"Gujo Odori Odori Menjo" is a brand themed on the traditional event "Gujo Odori," which is an Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property of the country. The label is designed with the "Odori Menjo" (dance certificate) issued by the preservation society. DATE SEVENDATE SEVEN is a limited edition sake brand brewed by seven leading breweries in Miyagi Prefecture coming together. Under a different concept each year, seven brewery owners and master brewers (toji) share processes such as koji making, yeast starter production, and mash management, jointly brewing a single sake. The fusion of each brewery's techniques and personalities creates a unique taste that cannot be born alone. In SEASON2, the style has evolved to allow comparison of seven different personalities by using the same rice and having each brewery brew with their own method. It is a brand that symbolizes the diversity of sake brewing in Miyagi and the strong cooperation between breweries, embodying the will to enliven the sake culture throughout the region. With limited distribution, there are sake fans nationwide who look forward to the release on July 7th every year.

Tantetsu Ko
炭鉄港Tantetsuko is a Junmai Ginjo sake themed after Hokkaido's industrial heritage. 千古乃岩"Chigonoiwa" is a sake with an extremely good mouthfeel, using ultra-soft water with a hardness of only 7 for brewing water. The brand name was named from the wish that it would be a sake loved for a long time, like a rock that does not change even after many years. "Kozaemon" is a new era brand taking on the world, launched by the 14th generation. Bearing the name of the founder, Kozaemon Nakashima, it pursues maximizing the umami of rice. It is globally evaluated, such as being adopted at restaurants at home and abroad.
Shiraume
志ら梅Shiraume was a brand brewed by Yoshioka Shuzo. It is currently not being produced due to the brewery's closure.

美濃路"Minoji" is a brand named after the Mino Genji Toki clan, a noble family that ruled this area in the Middle Ages. Ito Tsuru
いとう鶴"Ito Tsuru" was the representative brand of Ito Tsuru Shuzo, bearing the name of "Crane" symbolizing longevity and prosperity. The taste nurtured by the climate of Ena was loved for celebratory occasions and daily evening drinks, but due to the closure of the brewery, it has now become a "phantom sake" that is difficult to obtain.

市乃川"Ichinokawa" is a community-based brand brewed by Ena Jozo at its factory in Misato-cho, Ena City. It was named after the image of the rich nature and clear streams of Ena. Characterized by a soft and gentle taste created by careful preparation by hand centered on the family. It is a local sake that accompanies daily life and you never get tired of drinking.
