"Kinsen" is the representative brand of Heiwa Nishiki Shuzo since its founding, named after the spring behind the brewery. Brewed using traditional skills and abundant local water in a Registered Tangible Cultural Property brewery that has watched over 175 years of history. It is the face of the brewery, conveying the spirit of good old sake brewing to the present. It has a deep taste where the weight of history and the blessings of nature harmonize.
