千古乃岩
ちごのいわ
「千古乃岩」は硬度わずか7という超軟水（地下45メートルから汲み上げた御嶽山の伏流水）を使用し、きわめてなめらかな飲み口が特徴です。
越後杜氏の伝統的な技法で丁寧に醸され、清冽で切れ味の良い酒質を実現しています。
棚田で生産された米を使用するなど地域農業との連携も図っており、棚田風景のような穏やかで優しい味わいが「千古乃岩」の個性で、明治42年創業以来の歴史を持ち、土岐市を代表する地酒として親しまれています。
