Kodaka

Using sake rice from Hiroshima Prefecture and brewed using the traditional Koji-buta method, it is a discerning sake shipped after an aging period of 3 years or more. Characterized by a rich and deep taste and an elegant aging aroma, it has recently gained support from new layers, such as attracting attention from fans of ship anthropomorphism games.
Shima no Kaori
島の香"Shima no Kaori" is a brand named inspired by the beautiful scene of Etajima, "calm seaside scenery, sea breeze, mountain green". It is characterized by a smooth mouthfeel and a pleasant sweet scent that remains after passing through the throat, and its friendly taste that you never get tired of drinking is attractive. It is a local sake that embodies the nature and climate of the island, which has been loved by the people of the local Etajima for a long time.
Aa Fushigi na Osake
あゝ不思議なお酒"Aa Fushigi na Osake" (Ah, Mysterious Sake) is a low-alcohol Junmai sake characterized by a beautiful pink color, made only with rice and rice malt. Without using any coloring agents, the pale rose color naturally developed by the power of yeast is attractive, and the alcohol content is about 8%, about half that of regular sake. The sweet, sour and fruity taste is easy to drink even for beginners to sake and women, and it is recommended to chill it and enjoy it in a wine glass.
Oikawa
及川"Junmai Oikawa" is a special sake created through a collaboration between talent Nao Oikawa and Kamoizumi Shuzo. Oikawa, who was originally a big fan of Kamoizumi, actually visited the brewery and commercialized the sake from the tank she selected herself from among many sakes. Characterized by a firm umami and a sharp taste filled with the thoughts of her who is from Hiroshima, the title on the label is also written by her own hand.
Zouka
造賀"Zouka" is a brand created through regional cooperation with the Zouka district of Higashihiroshima City, known as a production area for Yamada Nishiki, the king of sake rice. Using 100% high-quality Yamada Nishiki grown in Zouka, which has a high altitude and temperature difference, it is brewed with a consistent commitment from rice growing to sake brewing. It is a bottle where you can fully enjoy the blessings of the region, where the delicate and mellow umami unique to Yamada Nishiki and the refreshing scent harmonize.
Kusanagi

"Kusanagi" is the highest peak sake brewed by Kirei Shuzo, allowed to bear the name of "Kusanagi no Mitsurugi", the deity of Atsuta Jingu Shrine. Specially brewed to commemorate the completion of the Atsuta Jingu "Kusanagi-kan", it luxuriously uses medium-hard water from their own well and suitable rice for sake brewing "Hattan 35-go". "Hakubotan" is a historical brand named after the family crest of the Takatsukasa family, one of the five regent houses of Kyoto. Eiyu

Benikanman
紅甘萬"Benikanman" is a new sensation Junmai sake developed with the concept of "sake that snuggles up to Momiji Manju". The alcohol content is suppressed to 8%, and it is finished in an extremely sweet taste with a "Sake Meter Value of -60", which far exceeds regular sake (-30 to -50 which is already sweet, normally -10 is sweet so -60 is very sweet). Note: Actually standard dry is +5, sweet is -5. -60 is extremely sweet. As a dessert sake to enjoy with sweets, and also friendly to sake beginners, it is a bottle that proposes a pairing unique to Hiroshima.
Fukubijin
福美人 EC"Fukubijin" is a brand named by combining "Fuku" (Fortune) from the place name at the time "Fukujin" and "Bijin" (Beautiful Woman) aiming for a plump and gentle taste. Brewed with the outstanding technology famous as the Saijo Sake Brewing School, its smooth mouthfeel and balanced taste harmonize exquisitely with many dishes. Hiroshimanishiki
広島錦"Hiroshimanishiki" is a particular brand brewed using Association No. 5 Yeast (Kamotsuru Yeast) to revive the Hiroshima Prefecture suitable rice for sake brewing "Hiroshimanishiki," which became a phantom in the early Showa period, and to maximize its merits. Characterized not by a flashy aroma, but by an elegant and rich aroma and a plump and deep taste, it embodies the climate of Hiroshima itself. When served lukewarm (Nurukan), the umami of the rice stands out even more, demonstrating outstanding compatibility as a sake to accompany food.
Ittekinyukon

Tenrin
天凛"Tenrin" is the highest peak Daiginjo sake into which Kamotsuru Shuzo has poured all of its skills. By collecting drip sake that naturally drips from sake bags and blending new sake from cold brewing with old sake stored at low temperature for several years in an exquisite ratio, an elegant aroma and deep taste are realized. It is a supreme bottle that can be called a work of art, combining dignified elegance and melodious aftertaste.
Sanyotsuru
山陽鶴A brand named after the pine trees of the Sanyodo road and the crane. Using Saijo's unique soft water, it features a smooth throat feel and a gentle mouthfeel typical of Hiroshima. They cherish the "Go-mi Ittai" (harmonious five flavors) taste, where sweetness, acidity, dryness, bitterness, and astringency are balanced. At the direct sales shop, you can also enjoy brewery-limited sake and the popular red sake cups.
Kamoki
賀茂輝A brand that played a part in the history of the brewing district of Saijo, Higashihiroshima City. Although no longer produced, it was known for unique sake brewing using red rice and was loved by many fans.
Koganei
黄金井Named after the brewery’s pride, a well gleaming like gold, this brand was the shining symbol of Koganei Shuzo. The clean mouthfeel provided by premium brewing water and the deep flavor from carefully extracted rice umami once captivated many enthusiasts. While now a legendary and rare spirit following the brewery’s history, it remains a precious memory of Akita’s rich water sources and brewing heritage.
Chiyonoharu
千代乃春A brand named after Matsuo Basho's haiku "Tenbin ya / Kyo Edo kakete / Chiyo no haru". Using medium-hard water pumped from 40m underground, it was highly acclaimed, winning a Gold Prize at the National New Sake Appraising and Conducting Awards in 2003.
Entsu
円通A brand that was produced by Taguma Shuzo in Otake City. The brewery is now closed, making it difficult to obtain. It was popular as "Ginjo Health-Oriented Sake".
Kikumusume
喜久娘A brand that was produced by Fujitaka Shuzo in Otake City. The brewery is now closed, and it is no longer produced. It is one of the brands that tells the history of sake brewing in Otake City.
Akitakata
安芸高田A brand bearing the name of the region, developed by Mukaihara Shuzo, the only brewery in Akitakata City. It is a representative local sake filled with the thoughts of the local people.
Sui
粋A nigori sake brewed by Mukaihara Shuzo, this Honjozo is characterized by a powerful taste with an alcohol content of 17%. It is a unique bottle where you can enjoy the sweetness of koji, a dry finish, and a solid sense of alcohol.
Mukaizakura
向井桜As the main brand of Mukaihara Shuzo, this sake has been loved locally for many years. Its refreshing dry and crisp taste makes it ideal as a food sake that enhances the flavor of a wide range of dishes such as kaiseki cuisine, sashimi, and cold tofu.
Nishikinohomare

Nene
ねねNene is a sparkling Junmai sake brewed by Sakai Shuzo, characterized by a gentle sparkling sensation created by sealing natural carbon dioxide gas from in-bottle fermentation.
