"Benikanman" is a new sensation Junmai sake developed with the concept of "sake that snuggles up to Momiji Manju". The alcohol content is suppressed to 8%, and it is finished in an extremely sweet taste with a "Sake Meter Value of -60", which far exceeds regular sake (-30 to -50 which is already sweet, normally -10 is sweet so -60 is very sweet). Note: Actually standard dry is +5, sweet is -5. -60 is extremely sweet. As a dessert sake to enjoy with sweets, and also friendly to sake beginners, it is a bottle that proposes a pairing unique to Hiroshima.
