音戸の瀬戸は呉市音戸町に位置する藤岡酒造店の銘柄で、呉市の本州と倉橋島を隔てる海峡「音戸の瀬戸」にちなんで命名されました。
平清盛が開削したという伝説が残る景勝地の名を冠し、地域に根ざした酒造りを続けています。
