八反錦、山田錦などの酒米を使用し、伝統的な麹蓋製法を採用した丁寧な酒造りが特徴です。
比較的甘口で飲みやすく、のど越しが良く、深みのある広がりのある味わいで親しまれています。
古鷹山という地域のシンボルを冠した、江田島の風土を体現する銘柄です。
