With a light and rich taste (Tanrei Umakuchi), it is evaluated for its gentle aroma and soft mouthfeel. In winter, the freshly squeezed Namazake series such as "Asaichiban Shibori" and "Nigorizake" are popular, and from spring to autumn, the "Hiyaoroshi Series," finished mellow by ice-temperature storage, is loved. As local sake of Tamba-Sasayama, it maintains sake quality that stays close to the local food culture.
Yume no Tobira
夢の扉"Yume no Tobira" is a music vibration brewed sake released in 1996, a brand symbolizing the innovative efforts of Houmei Sake Brewing. Characterized by tastes utilizing the characteristics of each music, such as "Junmai Ginjo Mozart" brewed by converting Mozart's Symphony No. 40 into vibration, "Honjozo Beethoven" using Beethoven's music, and "Futsushu Dekansho Bushi" using Tamba-Sasayama's folk song "Dekansho Bushi." Due to the influence of music vibration on yeast, it realizes a unique taste and aroma different from ordinary brewing methods.

Using 100% "Hakutsuru Nishiki" produced in Tamba-Sasayama City, preparing with underflow water of the Takiyama system, and brewing with the techniques of Tamba Toji, is sake expressing complete "Tamba-Sasayama Terroir." Characterized by sake quality that stays close to meals, with a dry taste where rice flavor is firmly felt while having a clean drinking mouth. By using in-house grown rice, consistent quality control from rice fields to brewery is realized, expressing the climate of Tamba-Sasayama to the maximum extent.
Kuromatsu Taikan
黒松大観"Kuromatsu Taikan" is the representative brand of Uchida Sake Brewing, having a history since the early Showa era. Characterized by traditional sake brewing using clear water of Tamba and high-quality sake rice, it has been loved for many years mainly in the local area. Solid quality and a taste that one does not get tired of drinking have become established in the region as evening drink sake.
Tamatsurugi
玉つるぎ"Tamatsurugi" was a brand brewed by Nakaotsuki Sake Brewing, but it is currently not produced due to the brewery going out of business. It remains recorded as a historical brand.
Hyakunin Isshu
百人一酒"Hyakunin Isshu" is the representative brand of Kamonosho Sake Brewery, a Junmai Namazake brewed with Koshihikari rice brought by about 100 local farmers. Born from an initiative to solve the rice surplus problem locally, it holds a special meaning as sake made by local residents and the brewery together. Characterized by the firm rice flavor unique to Junmai sake and the fresh taste typical of Namazake. The label design by a local Buddhist print artist and calligrapher is also highly artistic, and it is evaluated as a brand embodying regional culture.
Kacho Suehiro
花鳥末廣"Kacho Suehiro" is a traditional brand from the founding of Kamonosho Sake Brewery, having a long history. Characterized by a firm rice taste and gentle aroma as a Junmai sake, it is evaluated for its delicate yet deep taste. With a brand name containing auspicious images of "Kacho Fugetsu" (Flower, Bird, Wind, Moon - beauties of nature) and "Suehirogari" (spreading out like an open fan - becoming more prosperous), it is familiar mainly in the local area.
Shizenshu
自然酒"Shizenshu" is a brand series using organically grown rice that Yamana Sake Brewery has been working on for over 30 years. Acquiring organic JAS certification in June 2025, it was recognized as one of the few fully organic sakes in the country. Sake rice grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers has a dense taste condensing the blessings of nature, and expresses the individuality of each farmer's rice field through individual brewing. Characterized by unique naming using geometric symbols such as "Maru Yohshu" (Yamada Nishiki), "Sankaku Amashu" (Omachi), and "Kaku Tsuchishu" (Nojoho).

Marunowa
