"Shugetsu" is the representative brand of Karibaichi Sake Brewing, named with the image of a "round moon floating in the clear night sky."
Aiming for sake that gently wraps people's hearts like the moon, it is characterized by careful sake brewing using local spring water and sake rice from Tamba-Sasayama.
With a light and rich taste (Tanrei Umakuchi), it is evaluated for its gentle aroma and soft mouthfeel.
In winter, the freshly squeezed Namazake series such as "Asaichiban Shibori" and "Nigorizake" are popular, and from spring to autumn, the "Hiyaoroshi Series," finished mellow by ice-temperature storage, is loved.
As local sake of Tamba-Sasayama, it maintains sake quality that stays close to the local food culture.
