Characterized by tastes utilizing the characteristics of each music, such as "Junmai Ginjo Mozart" brewed by converting Mozart's Symphony No. 40 into vibration, "Honjozo Beethoven" using Beethoven's music, and "Futsushu Dekansho Bushi" using Tamba-Sasayama's folk song "Dekansho Bushi."
Due to the influence of music vibration on yeast, it realizes a unique taste and aroma different from ordinary brewing methods.
