Tamba Sakura

"Tamba Sakura" is a new brand born after 63 years, starting development from 2021.
Using 100% "Hakutsuru Nishiki" produced in Tamba-Sasayama City, preparing with underflow water of the Takiyama system, and brewing with the techniques of Tamba Toji, is sake expressing complete "Tamba-Sasayama Terroir."
Characterized by sake quality that stays close to meals, with a dry taste where rice flavor is firmly felt while having a clean drinking mouth.
By using in-house grown rice, consistent quality control from rice fields to brewery is realized, expressing the climate of Tamba-Sasayama to the maximum extent.
