Characterized by the dense taste of rice grown without pesticides or fertilizers, sake brewing drawing out the power of nature to the maximum is evaluated.
Certified as a Yabu City Regional Brand Recommended Product as "Meoto Sugi Natural Rice Sake," it is known as one of the few Organic JAS certified sakes in Japan.
It is a brand where the strong taste unique to naturally cultivated rice and the technique of the Toji who overcame the difficulty of fermentation bore fruit.
