"Tsuru" (crane) refers to the stork that inhabited this area, putting the nature and history of Tajima into the brand name.
Focusing on Junmai sake, it develops a variety of products such as Josen and Genshu, and Junmai sake brewed with Kimoto method is evaluated for its deep taste by traditional manufacturing methods.
Reflecting the historical locality of the castle town of Izushi, it is characterized by sake quality emphasizing compatibility with local cuisine including Izushi Soba.
