"Shizenshu" is a brand series using organically grown rice that Yamana Sake Brewery has been working on for over 30 years.
Acquiring organic JAS certification in June 2025, it was recognized as one of the few fully organic sakes in the country.
Sake rice grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers has a dense taste condensing the blessings of nature, and expresses the individuality of each farmer's rice field through individual brewing.
Characterized by unique naming using geometric symbols such as "Maru Yohshu" (Yamada Nishiki), "Sankaku Amashu" (Omachi), and "Kaku Tsuchishu" (Nojoho).
