Using groundwater from the 100 Best Waters of Japan gushing from the Minou Mountain Range in Tanushimaru-machi as brewing water, the underflow water pumped from a depth of 80m that has been filtered over 80 years from the well that has been used for over 300 years since its founding is the source of Uiui's pure and transparent taste.
