豊祝は奈良豊澤酒造の代表銘柄で、明治元年創業以来の伝統を受け継ぐ日本酒です。大吟醸豊祝は山田錦を35%まで磨き、長期低温発酵により米の旨味を最大限に引き出した芳醇で味わい深い大吟醸で、令和5年時点で全国新酒鑑評会金賞を16回受賞しています。
手造りに徹した酒造りを行い、生産する酒の8割が純米酒以上の特定名称酒で占められる蔵の技術の粋を集めた銘柄です。純米酒、吟醸新酒あらばしり、にごり酒など多様なラインナップを展開し、それぞれが高い品質を誇ります。
