Yazawa Shuzoten, founded in 1833, is a historic brewery located in Yamatsuri Town at the southernmost tip of Fukushima Prefecture, embraced by the rich nature of Oku-Kuji.
Using ultra-soft water from the underground currents of the Kuji River, they pursue a sophisticated quality: "flavorful yet with a crisp finish." While protecting the traditional skills of Nanbu Toji, they practice creative brewing that flexibly incorporates the latest scientific insights.
