The flagship brand 'Ariso Akebono' was named by the founder, Riemon, who was deeply moved by the powerful sun rising over the Sea of Japan behind the brewery. They preserve traditional techniques, such as cooling steamed rice with the 'Aino-kaze' (Sea of Japan breeze), crafting a sharp yet smooth dry sake.
