This meticulous temperature management allows them to produce fresh, high-quality sake regardless of the season. In addition to their traditional brand 'Hachiryu-hai,' they have launched 'HINEMOS,' a design-driven brand themed around specific 'times' of the day. Moriyama Shuzo is redefining the image of sake from Odawara, reaching out to a global audience with its philosophy of creating 'sake that stays by your side at any given moment.'
