Shimizu Shuzo

Shimizu Shuzo, founded around 1868 in Kazu City, Saitama Prefecture, is a prestigious brewery that adheres to honest brewing. In the former Kisai town, where a rich rural landscape spreads, it has continued to brew sake loved by the region for over 150 years.
The greatest commitment is the pinnacle of "Nojun Umakuchi" (full-bodied and savory) pursued within an extremely limited annual production of about 350 koku.
