The name "Tokun" implies "fragrance from the eastern country," and sake brewing is carried out in the Suigo (riverside district) area blessed with high-quality water and early-harvest rice. Characterized by a rich aroma and sharp refreshing taste while utilizing the umami of rice, it practices sake brewing that makes use of the skills of "Nanbu Toji" and regional characteristics.
