"Doburokushu" (Ten Wealth Luck Sake) is a doburoku (unrefined sake) containing living yeast produced by Tokun Shuzo, a rare brand sold only by reservation. Because it is bottled without filtering the moromi by the traditional doburoku method, you can directly feel the original sweetness and umami of rice and slight carbonation from fermentation. The rich and creamy mouthfeel makes it truly a cup that can be called "eating sake."
