"Tokun" is the flagship brand representing the brewery, with products such as Daiginjo "Kanai." It is characterized by a rich aroma and sharp refreshing taste while utilizing the umami of rice. Brewed by the skills of Nanbu Toji in Sawara, a Suigo area blessed with high-quality water and early-harvest rice. Inheriting the tradition associated with Ino Tadataka, it is an orthodox sake that conveys Sawara's Suigo culture to the present day.
