Uonuma Shuzo is a sake brewery located in Tokamachi City, Niigata Prefecture, known as one of the world's areas with the heaviest snowfall. In this place, deeply wrapped in several meters of snow during winter, they brew sake by utilizing the best environment: silence, extreme cold, and clear snowmelt water in spring.
