Noguchi Naohiko Institute

The Noguchi Naohiko Institute, established in 2017 in Kanagaso-machi, Komatsu City, is a facility dedicated to preserving and passing on the techniques and spirit of Noguchi Naohiko—the legendary brewer celebrated as the 'God of Sake.' Having achieved an astonishing 27 gold medals at the National New Sake Awards, Noguchi-san continues to brew at the front line well into his 80s, treating this innovative brewery as the culmination of his life's work.
The brewery features modern architecture that harmonizes with the beautiful rural landscape, equipped with advanced hygiene controls and state-of-the-art facilities. Using pure underground water from the sacred Mount Hakusan and strictly selected rice, his sake combines the profound depth of traditional 'Yamahai-shikomi' with a sharp, refined modern finish.
