Using "Gozen-sui," the meltwater of Mt. Fuji, it is carefully brewed with 100% homemade koji.
Using sake rice such as "Koshu Yumesansui" from Yamanashi Prefecture, it is a meal-time sake that one never tires of drinking, characterized by lush umami and a crisp aftertaste.
