The brand name is derived from the Five Elements theory, representing the components of all things.
By using "Gozen-sui," the same underground water from Mt. Fuji used for sake brewing, it achieves a very soft and mild mouthfeel.
There are multiple types such as sweet potato, barley, and buckwheat, and it is an authentic shochu that pursues drinkability that matches meals while making the most of the flavor of each ingredient.
