Shun
駿"Shun" is a confident work of Isonosawa that has further evolved "Yu." Expressing the strong vitality of Ukiha's water and rice, it features a mellow umami and beautiful acidity. It is a talented group that is highly evaluated overseas, such as winning the gold medal in the 2025 France "Kura Master" Junmai category. Okitama
興玉"Okitama" is the representative brand of Takano Shuzojo, filled with the wish to receive the region (oki) and become sake like a treasure (tama). It is characterized by a simple yet powerful taste nurtured in the rich nature of Koge Town. It has been loved locally for a long time as a warm local sake that heals daily fatigue and gives vitality for tomorrow.
Yamanokotobuki
山の壽 EC"Yamanokotobuki" is the flagship brand of the brewery, named with gratitude for the blessings of nature in Kitano Town surrounded by mountains. Despite being a brand with a history of over 200 years, it was significantly refreshed by the transition to a young team system. The sake brewed by brewers in their 30s and under with teamwork reflects new sensibilities while based on traditional techniques, characterized by innovative approaches in both sake quality and design. With a lineup centered on Junmai sake, they pursue a balanced taste utilizing the umami of rice. Brewed carefully in a small but functional brewery after overcoming devastating typhoon damage, the sake is a bottle where you can feel the sincere attitude unique to a brewery that has experienced difficulties.
