It employs the world's most advanced technologies: "Henpei Seimai" (Flat Milling), which polishes rice thin and flat, and "Genkei Seimai" (Original Shape Milling), which polishes rice while maintaining its original brown rice shape. These methods efficiently remove proteins that cause off-flavors, achieving a clear taste while retaining the original umami of the rice.
