土佐金蔵は高木酒造のもう一つの代表銘柄で、ケの日の酒としてバナナ系酵母を活かした軽快な晩酌純米酒として位置づけられています。お燗ができ、土佐料理によく合う設計となっています。
土佐の晩酌純米酒で、穏やかな香りの辛口酒、鰹との相性良く、幅広い料理の旨みを引き出す食中酒で、幅広い温度帯で楽しめます。深海酵母を使用した「土佐金蔵 深海酵母」という商品もあります。
