"Shiraito" is a brand dedicated to the famous Shiraito Falls, embodying crystalline freshness.
Located just north of the brewery, Shiraito Falls is where Mt. Fuji's groundwater emerges in thousands of silken threads. This sake is brewed using 100% of the same groundwater source and traditional Noto Toji techniques. It is characterized by a pure, transparent quality, as if the beauty of the water itself has been transferred into the sake. The mouthfeel is as refreshing as the falls' mist, with a cleansing coolness.
Including the pioneering 'Genshu' (undiluted sake) born here in the Showa era, the 'Shiraito' brand carries the name of this regional symbol and conveys the radiance of Mt. Fuji's vitality.
