Katori

"Katori" is the most historic brand of Terada Honke, named after the local Katori Grand Shrine (Katori Jingu).
Adopting the traditional Kimoto method, it is brewed with low-polished rice with a polishing ratio of 80-90%.
This allows you to enjoy the original powerful umami and body of rice, and sturdy acidity, close to the sake brewing of the Edo period.
The unadorned, rustic, and bold taste is a connoisseur's sake that further demonstrates its charm when warmed.
