It was named taking "Haku" (White) from the Hakusan water vein, "Gaku" (Mountain) from the land surrounded by mountains, and "Sen" (Hermit/Gathering) wishing for a place where people gather.
Using rice and water from Fukui Prefecture and original yeast, it features a modern taste full of transparency, sealing in the freshness of freshly pressed sake through rapid cooling and bottle warming pasteurization.
