Kano Shuzo

Kano Shuzo, established in 1819, is a prestigious brewery in Kaga City with over 200 years of tradition. Its quality underwent a dramatic evolution and gained global recognition when the legendary Noto Toji (Master Brewer) Noguchi Naohiko, honored as a 'Contemporary Master Craftsman,' joined the brewery to lead its production.
They specialize in the traditional 'Yamahai-shikomi' method, using pure underground water from the 'Hakusui no Ido' (White Water Well) associated with the historic priest Rennyo Shonin.
