King Brewing was founded in 1900 (Meiji 33) in Inami Town, Hyogo Prefecture.
It is a top manufacturer of seasonings known nationwide for "Hinode Mirin", but it is also focusing on sake brewing.
In 1993 (Heisei 5), the Nishiki Factory obtained a sake brewing license and started sake production, and a new factory was completed in 2008.
Currently, two factories are fully operational as four-season brewing, and preparation is carried out throughout the year.
Since 2012, they have adopted an employee master brewer system to achieve stable quality sake brewing.
Commitment to products using Yamada Nishiki from local Inami Town, they utilize the fermentation technology cultivated in mirin production for sake brewing as well.
